INGREDIENTS:
16 oz elbow macaroni
3 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup butter (melted)
3 cups milk
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375F. Cook and drain macaroni. In a large bowl, whisk egg. Then add all ingredients to bowl and mix thoroughly. Place in a baking dish and bake 30-45 min (until nice and bubbly).
