Ingredients:
10 lb white or russet potatoes
4 hard boiled eggs (3 chopped one whole
6 large dill pickles (chopped)
1/2 cup chopped sweet pickles
1/4 cup green olives with pimentos (chopped)
2 yellow onions (chopped)
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
mustard
salt
pepper
sugar
Tabasco Sauce (optional)
paprika
Clean, peel ,and cut potatoes in chunks. Boil potatoes until soft then drain and mash, adding milk and butter. Mash until you still have small lumps with the mashed. Add all the pickles, onions, olives, the 3 chopped eggs and mayonnaise. Mix until blended. Add enough mustard to make the salad yellow (and to fit desired taste). Then add salt, pepper, sugar, and Tabasco (for desired taste).
Put potato salad in large serving bowl, and garnish with the last egg sliced on top, then sprinkle with paprika. This is a salad with a whole lot of flavor...which is just how we do in the SOUTH! ENJOY!!
